Our Recruitment Plan is a flexible and scalable solution designed to support your hiring and HR needs efficiently. This plan is typically suitable for recruiting one position at a time or managing essential HR tasks, such as timesheet administration, background checks, and similar functions.
You have full control over how many positions you'd like us to work on. Simply select the number of positions when placing your order, and we will tailor the service to meet your specific needs.
The pricing is calculated per position, per week, and will be multiplied based on the number of positions selected.
If you order recruitment for 4 or more positions at the same time, a discount will automatically apply to your total.
Please note: Svidy Recruitment reserves the right to modify the discount rate or structure at any time without prior notice.
The service is available with either weekly or monthly (4 weeks) billing, and renews automatically every week or every 4 weeks depends on which billing method you choose.
Hiring Guarantee
Secure your hire with our 30-day, 90-day, or 180-day Guarantee Plans. If your new hire doesn’t start, quits, or if you terminate their contract due to performance, behavioral, or criminal issues within the guarantee period, we’ll provide a replacement candidate at no extra cost. The guarantee must be purchased when you order the service for complete peace of mind.*
* The guarantee applies per hire. If you order multiple positions but only purchase one guarantee plan, please specify which position you want to use it for in the "Order special instruction" section before Check out or during the discovery call. If you forget to order a guarantee when you purchase the recruitment service, you can still order it from the Svidy Store until the candidate's employment contract is signed.

Hiring shouldn’t be guesswork. Our training for hiring managers gives your team the skills and confidence to run structured, effective, and bias-aware interviews. Whether you're building your first team or scaling fast, we’ll help you ask the right questions, identify top talent, and make great hiring decisions—faster.
This training is ideal for team leads, founders, or new managers who participate in recruitment but haven’t received formal hiring guidance. Sessions are booked by the hour and fully tailored to your needs. You can train one or multiple managers in a single session or spread the time across several.
We recommend 3–6 hours for full-cycle interview training. Plus, when you book 3 or more hours in one order, you’ll receive a discount. Maximum 10 hours per order.
